PREPARE YOUR ARTWORK

Bleed Margins

Ensure your design extends beyond the final cut to avoid white edges. Add a 3mm bleed on all sides of your artwork. For example, if your fabric is 1m wide, your design should be 1006mm wide to account for trimming.

Use vector files (AI, PDF) for sharp edges
Keep critical elements 10mm from edges
Test with a swatch to confirm alignment

Repeat Patterns

Create seamless repeats for continuous designs. Use our app’s pattern tool to align motifs. Ensure your pattern tile is at least 300 DPI and matches the fabric’s repeat settings (e.g., half-drop, brick).

Test repeats with a 50x50cm swatch
Avoid thin lines that may distort
Check alignment in the app’s preview

DPI Info

For crisp prints, use a minimum of 300 DPI at full scale. Lower DPI (e.g., 150) may result in pixelation, especially on detailed designs. Scale your artwork to the fabric size before uploading.
